New net neutrality rules disappoint broadly

The Federal Communications Commission stepped fully into the
"net neutrality" battle this week, announcing that it will adopt
rules "to preserve basic internet value," according to FCC chair
Julius Genachowski.




For opponents of net neutrality, who feel that the internet status
quo is fine...
